• No Blackouts across all categories: Rate code and room type on package basis. EGIC Loyalty membership number must be provided at time of booking.

• Applicable Fees: All rates and packages include local municipality fees and service charges.

• Card Usage: This card or membership is non-transferable; benefits may only be redeemed by the registered holder of the loyalty card upon presentation during check-in or dining.

• Point Accrual: Points are earned only when paying qualifying bills or settling charges across room stays, F&B, café, spa, and health club services.

• Validity: Loyalty points and status remain active for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying stay or transaction.
